I'm Making This Final

It's like words from God. PREACH BRUTHA

Aromedtbf:

I really do agree with Bstyles. Besides the fact they're probably "impatient". It's annoying to see when somebody takes another person's work and claim it's their own "work". It's like making a crappy pirated version of somebody's hard work. I think the people who are doing these illegal modifications should be embarrassed themselves not the developers, I know because the developer placed their time and effort on their work, but somebody copying it is plain low. The crappy work they're making (especially the OpenBVE version of R68 that is being "developed") should be updated by the developer himself or by somebody they trust. I have a lot more to say but the crap they're doing will come back to them. They will regret it in the future once they get caught.

You can get mad all you want, but it's better than masking it with lies "OOH  IT'S GREAT" and "OMG IT'S AWESOME". A lot of members do that when they know damn well they don't mean it.

I think many people do that because they are afraid of getting bashed by others. Let's say somebody said this:

n00b: That train sucks! You need to do this and that better etc

99% of the time, this is the reply

Member 1: Shut up
Member 2: You can't do shit better
Member 3: Shut up, get a life, you can't do it better and *(#&@(%&@#() outta here!

The truth is, I don't think the developers here accept criticism that well.  I think developers should be more open to criticism, because constructive criticism makes the content better IMO

You should be happy we did this shit for you, because I can guarantee that if BVEStation wasn't here, you'd sitting at home running all of the first generation routes from http://www.b-v-e.info.

True, but if this site weren't here, I bet most of the members here would be on Trainz, MSTS or some shit

How the hell is that not effort. I was trying to do the train, I wasn't done, but now I'm done and someone can take it over, because I'M DONE with train building

Well its your loss. Its not our fault you don't know graphic design. Go take a class in it and get better.

The fact is that you didn't put any effort in to your trains compared to us. You were told how to make it and what to do to make it right YET you still decided to make your little Microsoft Paint exteriors which frankly show a lack of skills and/or effort. (I made the entire R38 panel in Microsoft Paint)

You actually started making progress with both the blue line train and the R68 but you got stuck in the same fucking rut again and you have been screwing up. Your R68 work was one of the main reasons which drove BStyles to post the original thread.

You realize we told you how to improve your work! But you didn't take our advice! It takes a big criticism to get you to listen!

Lance:

So you're just gonna quit because your work was given a harsh critique. If I were you, I'd try my hardest to make the trainsets look like the real thing, maybe not with the Blue Line train because BStyles is right that if you're not able to get info on the train due to distance, then you probably shouldn't do it, but with your other trains.

I see you re-released your fictional trains, no doubt because of what was said earlier in this thread, but they're obviously not done. However, I do see potential in your work, especially with the R175. Given the effort, you can probably make both your fictional trains as well as the R68 a work of art and not, for lack of a better term, the half-assed things you released this afternoon.
