Time is usually a complete measure of quality, and when it comes to trains it's not all about looks, it's about sounds and how the train performs compared to it's real life counterparts, not all trains operate alike but still the simulation of a train should make the player feel like they're controlling the real deal.

I agree as well. All of the trains that are available here are practically gray rectangles with the exception of the R160

Thats the default train exterior if there is no external object created.
