Fan Railer:

I particularily like this map. it uses existing trackway but yet increases service somewhat effectively.

what do you think?
-mike.
there is a regular mid day map, as this is the rush hour map, but i don't like that one.

ipaclansite:

I dont like that map, they short change the G lol...
Other than that, there are way too many lines on the IRT, the 11,12,13,14  They literally are the same lines only "express", No point in giving it a number, not to mention things will get screwed up because most IRT lines have 3 track express service.

Fan Railer:

i have to agree with you on that, but i really think they should re-enstate the <4> in the bronx. F express is already being worked on. And the six should be extended to Bowling Green. No particulat reason.
-mike.
p.s.: if you don't like this map, check out the other ones they're horrible.

error46146:

i don't like the IND QB Local service, the Q and the R skip-stop thing NO GOOD

the R service is too shity for skip-stop and it would mess up the whole thing since you'd get like 5 Q's and then 1 R

i'd say this:

1) Get rid of the T
2) Q terminates at 57th again
3) V runs local (basically normal QB Local service)
4) the P is a good idea, but 2 things:
a- i'd change the letter, i can just imagine it "The Pee Train"
b- it would not go over the manhattan bridge, instead it would go via the M/R tunnel through Lawrence St and everything
5) i'd change the IRT in brooklyn like this:
2/5 goes to Flatbush, local (5 would go there 7 days a wk or at least during regular weekdays and not rush hour only)
3/4 goes to New Lots, express

yea thats pretty much it...

There is some things that are wrong ideas on this map and some good ideas,
6 should not terminate at E. 177-Parkchester.
Q could be extended to Jamica 179 Street  on weekdays and F running can run express more between 71 Avenue and 179 Street on weekdays.
Q and R skip stop service is not needed because it already has lots of express service.
V should stay local in queens.  V should not use 63rd street tunnel because the F line is fine with the 63rd street tunnel and V can stay at the 53rd Street tunnel. V should be extended to coney Island not king Highway and F should run express in brooklyn and V could run local in brooklyn. G yes it should be extended to Church Ave. N should run express in queens not W so W can run local queens and N can run express in queens. Yes A should skip 80 Street and 88 Street and also Rockaway Blvd. K line for the 6th Avenue line is a great idea but K should not terminate at 57 street because F trains don't terminate there it just keeps going and it only has two tracks at 57 street and you would not want to have any accidents so that why K should terminate at another station and that station should be 168 street where C terminates. 3 routes like 2,10,12 cannot terminate at Flatbush Ave because it only has two tracks. 9 train cannot be restored because there was no reduction along the 1/9 skip stop service that why the mta discountinued 9 route. J/Z should run express even more like between Marcy Ave and Eastern Parkway like your map said.
8,9,10,11,12,13,14 routes are a bad idea. Will just keep the IRT routes the way it is and special rush hour 5 that terminates at Nereid Ave should  needs to be extended back to 241 Street and also by running express between East 180 street and 241 street. H line does not need to be restored because it was renamed to S the Rockaway Park shuttle. P could be a new route on the Nassau Street line but it cannot use the Manhatta bridge because the connection of manhattan bridge with Nassau Street line was disconnected during the reconstruction of the Manhattan Bridge so instead the P can use the same tunnel just like M uses between Broad Street and Dekalb Ave when its extended to brooklyn during rush hours and P cold be local on the 4 Ave line and Sea beach line the N should be the Sea beach express service. M yes should be extended to 95 Street and also to Coney Island so D can run express on the West End Line. D does not need to be on the Brighton line D is fine on the West End Line. T does not need to be a service on the Broadway line because T is already reserved For the Second Ave subway line. Q is fine terminating at Coney Island not Brighton Beach. B is fine on the Brighton Line, it does not need to be on the west end line,B needs to be extended to Ocean Parkway. Yes C should be extended to Lefferts Blvd and run all times during late nights C should be a late night shuttle. A should no longer be serving Rockaway Park during rush hour instead there should be a new route that can replace the A serving Rockaway Park during rush hours and that new route should be on the 8 Avenue Line that can run between 207 Street and Rockawy Park and it should be a weekday rush hour service and these routes should be ethier be U,or X,or Y and other times people can use Rockaway Park shuttle to Rockaway Park. That's all
