make sure that you aren't running stuff in the background

also check that your graphics drivers are fully updated, however if you have integrated graphics its unlikely a driver update will solve all of your problems.

all i run is BVE and CamStudio at the same time, but i didnt run CamStudio with it and it cant handle.

how do you update the drivers?

Could you tell us your specs, like your graphics card, CPU, RAM etc. If you don't know them, download CPU Z here:

Press the validate button on the bottom

 and on the top use the online mode, enter your email address, and click submit. Then check your email, and from CPU z they should send you a link, and post that link here.

An example link for my laptop is like this:

You don't have a dedicated graphics card, and you only have a single core CPU. There isn't really much you could do to get better performance other then getting a new PC
