The problem is that some times the phone may resize thenpicture and make it come out shitty. The only two phones that can do that would clear images is iPhone or Android, and certain Blackberry's

The Sony Ericsson W810 should be on your list as well. I find that it takes really good pictures - better than the Samsung Galaxy that my dad has now. All my Photo of the Month pictures so far came from that phone.  :)
Sadly, it's not being created anymore, and mine was stolen.
