My suggestion is for someone to create a AM Rush hour D Train via Concourse Express heading southbound like making it run express to 145th Street. My other suggestion is to create a Rockaway Park Shuttle and 5 Shuttle Train to East 180th Street.

How does that sounds?

Note: I wish I can do this myself but don't know how

All of these suggestions were already on the drawing board. The 5 shuttle is still a wip as far as I know, and the Rockaway Park shuttle was supposed to be a staff project
