After thorough re-naming and thorough deliberations, Diamond Mass Transit & Sea Beach Express Enterprises, have merged and change the name to Fresh Direct Transit Enterprises. The existing project will still be worked on closely by respective owners. Displayed below is the different departments and licensing for this new union.

C.E.O's - Lexington456 & imanuelagard

Audio Studio -  imanuelagard & lexington456
Photo Imaging Lab - tvega961 & bve
Construction & Design - Lexington 456 & [Phantom909 (extended 3rd Party Provider)]

We will work closely with other existing companies. The Madison Street line will continue to be worked on by the original companies including our company since the old company has been merged together with a new title.

The following licensing has been put together:

-Objects made under Photo Imaging Lab are able to be modified without written consent as long as the original creators name is included in the work your creating. If it is work under Lexington456, Trevor Day or BStyles Development Corp., you must ask for permission for their images.

-Sounds made under the Audio Studio are allowed to be used without permission. Modifying a sound is prohibited without the consent of Lexington456 or imanuelagard

-Skeletons, layed down track work, station hangings, platforms, is under the exclusive rights of the owners respective parties, which are but not limited to: BStyles Development Corp, Trevor Day, and the user Phantom909(Joe). Third party providers may have their own licensing/copyrights which must be respected.

What I mean by that is, since he is not under any company that I know of and he's made skeletons for most of the lines that I know of his work is under his own rights that he sets. Please do not try to own someones work and read the license carefully.

Lol your Co - CEO, you can do that as long as I know so that I am not clueless. But we need to enhance our construction skills. I have to learn how to make a shuttle route using the tutorial.
