License regarding my projects and future projects:

error46146:

I would like to announce that from now on, to promote free development and advancement and to prevent problems over such trivial and ridiculous 'copyright' issues in the BVE community, all my current projects and future projects, will be release under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.

As of now, the following projects will be affected:
-R160 Siemens & Alstom
-R46
-All the recordings on my Sounds page

Regarding the E Line and R62A projects; those are shared projects so I will try to speak with the other developers involved in that project to see if they are willing to accept those licenses.

Under this license, you are automatically given permission to do the following:
- to Redistribute the work (no 'illegal distributions' anymore)
- to Modify the work and show it off with no problem (no more 'illegal modifications')
- to use parts of the work in your own projects (you don't have to ask for permission anymore, however I would appreciate if it you'd let me know for informational purposes.)

However, the following rules MUST MUST MUST be followed at all times:
- you MUST give proper credit to any and all appropriate authors
- you may NEVER use the work for commercial/for-profit purposes (you cannot be making any profit, in terms of money or otherwise, whatsoever, while using the work to help)
- if you release anything that includes bits of the work or with help from the work, you MUST release your project under the same terms and conditions exactly as they were originally written out without any changes or restrictions.

More information on the license can be found here.
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/

I would suggest any developers take advantage of this golden opportunity, as, history has shown, not too many developers in the BVE world would choose to do anything like this. I am doing this to end any selfishness there may be, and to promote and encourage free development among the community.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your time.
