Minor fixes to the route files

Since the R44 is no longer online, the A and the R routes now have patches for their Route Files.  The patched Route Files will use error's R46 instead of the R44.

Most likely you guys wont need this fix, but if you a are a new user, or are redownloading it, it saves some time manually making the change.
