this might be a dumb question but what is the server IP and port?

There is no server IP and port to enter, if you have to enter that your using the old client, or the Teamspeak exclusive client, which are all now expired versions.

also, you leave the connect name blank?

The server is experiencing issues, eventually i will put a server status page on the homepage so you will be notified if the server is online or not.
