Offical Thread for SEPTA's Broad Street Line

Hey guys!!
This is like a easy thing for me becuase basically this routes is straight whatsoever (besides the Ridge Spur and the epic curves to City Hall and to Walnut-Locust)
Ill start with the Ridge-Spur from Olney to 8th and Market because that seems to be the easiest one, then the Special which is like an Express but it rides on the Express line and passes all of the local stops after Walnut-Locust, then the Express then, the Local. The hardest one.

Reasons for me not to do it or abandon it for a while:
I can assure you, ill put all effort into this, but because of school in about 3 weeks time (im only in the seventh grade and my mom wants me to focus), I cant say the route will be as detailed as NYC, but they will be detailed to the FULLEST of MY ability.
I ride the Broad everyday. for only 2 stops though, but ive ridden it long enough to see changes, so for example, Girard Station is under construciton, so you will see that.

One last thing,

Legend : (L) Local, (E) Express, (R) Ridge-Spur, (S) Special

i dont know who said this but SEPTA is the Sorriest Excuse of a Public Transportation in America
and im havin a little problem here and there with my Ridge line.
if you download Bahn 3.83 or 3.84, and go on nycsubway.org and find the layouts for different transportation cities, you would see tht the train has a layup track.
and i have a feeling tht the tutorials are kind confusing to me
ok so ill describe wat im doin.
its Olney Layup
then Olney Station
then North Philadelphia
then Girard Station
then we switch tracks and go down on a curve like the B and D after 59th St.
next station is Fairmout
pass the abandoned Spring Garden
then Chinatown
switch to a single track and go to 8th and Market last stop.

to me i dnt get the tutorials

if possible ill post a video
Post Merge: August 23, 2010, 11:46:36 AMNevermind i found nick's tutorial, and everything is fine.
updates will soon to be posted, but the pics may not look goood , but tht dosent matter as long as i finish this b4 i go to skool.
