After a long wait, the R33-ML and R38 BETA for OpenBVE have been released!

This R33-ML and R38 BETA, created by DJ Hammers, uses BVE4 and OpenBVE technology not seen by previous train programs released for the New York City BVE world, so we applaud him for his effort for experimenting and helping us bring our content a step up!
