Can't download R44 from downloads area

I've been trying for some days and the R44 seems to go to Host Gator 404 error. I just join back to the forum so I apologize if I miss something about it in the forum.  Is there a mirror or anywhere I can email to get it.  It just so happens that the R44 is one of my favorite trainset.  Any help will be appreciated....Thanks...L2Sutter
