BlueBlitz20:

I am now releasing the R153 BETA Version for public usage. The trainset can be downloaded on my website:

http://trevorbveworld.webs.com

A Little History of the R153:
R153 - Built by Kawasaki Heavy Railcar
Numbers: 5202-5481
Yard: Pitkin
Replaced the R44 Railcars

The new version will feature the full capabilities with OpenBVE (moving wheels, stuck doors, changeable signs and so much more). I will tell you very carefully - this trainset will be high quality (meaning if you have a low graphics card and a slow computer, it may not work correctly or at all)

Look for updates in the next few weeks.

Great Train!
Post Merge: July 04, 2010, 07:19:09 PMIn fact, is the train exterior exactly 75 Ft long? Because when I run it on the (A) Line the train hits the platform, and when I run a R46 with kevin's exteriors the clear the platform

After testing it again, the R153 is about 75.2 Feet long and may touch the platform slightly with the curves. That will be fixed with the final version. Thanks.

@ first i thought the cars were 60ft but after running it on the R and saw it was longer than  i realized it was 75ft. Cool train!

Smooth23:

the max speed on the train is type slow its only 30 mph is there a way you can speed it up to a normal MTA car?
