Old Rules, I'm sure I've missed some but here they are anyway.

1. 3 Entries only, you may only use your own photos that you took.
2. No comments or other posting in the Photo of the Month section, this is to keep the section clean.

Some additions to the Photo of the Month rules for June 2010.  This applies to all winners and entries.

1. No watermarks or copyrights on the images.  If you do you'll be disqualified for the month.  This includes copyrights with your name next to it.
2. By posting your entry to Photo of the Month, you grant BVEStation the right to use your photo in anyway we wish, including but not limited to promotional, or commercial purposes.
3. BVEStation can use your image even after you won the photo of the month for that month, and that if we do use your image, you may or may not be credited for the photo.
4. You agree to not hold BVEStation responsible for any losses, property loss, damages, or reputation damages or any other type of damage or problems experienced, for posting your entry regardless of whether you won or not.
5. You may or may not be notified about your photo should we use it or not.
6. Once you make the decision to post a entry, you may not revoke the image or change your mind.
7. All Photo of the Month winners will now earn 2000 tokens for winning, and 4500 tokens for a yearly winning.
8. When you do win however, your name will be posted next to the winning photo on the POM page like usual.
9. Images hosted elsewhere will have a copy captured by us upon entry.  Times will vary of when we will capture it, so if your going to edit your entry make it fast  ;)

All previous winners/entries will now fall under the following rules.

1. BVEStation is allowed to use the images that were posted on Photo of the Month for any purpose, relating to BVEStation and immediate networking sites.
2. You will be notified should your image be used.
3. If your image is hosted elsewhere, you can remove it from there.  If you attached it, you can request to have it removed.
