A New Route?

I got one question. Is the route (EE) New? b/c i never seen it in the downloads section before and want to try it out, but i get the 404 Error. just wanted to know if it was new or not.

Initially the route info/download link was posted on BVEStation.com's download page.  If the link is broken and you have a correct link, how the hell would be deem it against the rules to provide the fix.
