Wait but lets just say everyone connects on multiplayer and the dispatcher is signed on, the  dispatcher can control the time that the train departs?

No, it''s all controlled in the route file itself

eh it's tricky in the long run cause of the lack of speed limits and stuff in a route but it can be done

Yea I mean the (C) is all 32's and anyone can see the timer signals via the RFW.I know where a few are at some btwn 155th and 145th,one after 145th,then a dumb timer on CPW I think after 86th,then a timer by the switches before coming in 59th but trains still hit about 30-35mph,no timers from 59th-Spring St and some coming into Canal St.Next set are in the tubes followed by 1 new timer after High St then its all clear to Utica I believe and a few after Bway Jct and thats it.So roughly 15 timers.

BlueBlitz20:

Okay let's save the trouble by saying: a) there will be speed limits only. I will not use timers on this route because it would be tricky and I'm uncomfortable doing them on this route. b) The Line will ONLY have R32 as it's only R32 and will stop at the 10-Car mark. There will be no 8-Car stopping marks for this route as the C line will eventually go full length (whether it's next week or the next 5-10 years, the C will become full length).

With that until Phantom909 (Joe) finishes the Manhattan Bound E Line, there will be minimum updates on the C line. The only update is about 75% of the Brooklyn Stations are completed with about 40% of the Manhattan Stations. An update will come around December. So this thread is locked until then.
