How do you make the external trains align with tracks?

Anyway, I have worked on something, so I shouldn't let that go to waste, right? In fact, I am planning to spend, like, years trying to make the trains as good as they can be, so look forward to saki's trains for the time being  :D !

It's not the line, it's the train, and this applies to all of them.
