Do you have problems with your speaker, or audio?

If you want go to run> type in dxdiag > hit enter
Then click the sounds tab and run some tests.

Try reininstalling direct sound because when you ran disk cleanup a file nedded to start it got sent to another part of the drive

So thats your problem
